Internships 

We are actively looking for Interns interested in Strength and Conditioning or personal training. As we grow, we hope to train interns to become Full Plate Coaches. Interns will have the opportunity to work hands on with men, women, and young athletes. Practice designing programs, and implement lifting progressions. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the Implementation of Strength training programs

  • Assist team to develop and deliver workouts

  • Set-up and breakdown of daily activities

  • Maintenance and cleaning of training facility

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification in personal training or Strength and Conditioning from one or more of the following (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, CSCS; CSCCa, SCCC; USAW) is preferred. – or be in the process of obtaining.

  • CPR/First-Aid/AED certification required.

  • Liability Insurance required

  • Strong work-ethic

  • Desire to become a personal trainer or Strength and Conditioning professional.

  • Interest in learning, developing, and implementing best practices in sport performance.

  • Professional Appearance  

  • Bachelor Degree OR in the final stages of finishing the degree.
